Mr. Rahul Guha, MD & CEO of API Holdings Co. and Thyrocare Technologies, is an IIM-B graduate with 20+ years in HealthTech, MedTech, and Pharma. He spent 17 years at BCG leading Healthcare & Life Sciences as a Senior Partner, co-founded and was the CEO of Nautilus Software, and served as CTO at ValuePay.com. With deep expertise in digital incubation and product innovation, he has been a key contributor to healthcare growth.

Mr. Alok Kumar Jagnani is a Whole-time Director and Group CFO of the Company and a Non-Executive Director of Thyrocare Technologies. He leads financial strategy across PharmEasy, Thyrocare, Ascent and Aknamed. A CA with 20+ years' experience, he has driven M&A, fundraising, ERP and IPO initiatives, and held leadership roles at Vodafone Idea, Tata Steel and GreenCell Mobility.

Shyam Powar is a Non-Executive Director of our Company since May 2024. He has an MBA from Tulane University (USA) and holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT (BHU) Varanasi. He has 30+ years’ experience in corporate finance roles across multinational organizations. His expertise lies in M&A, Debt Restructuring & Take-outs, Private Equity and IPO advisory.

Bobby Parikh is an Independent Director of the Company from September 2026. He is Managing Partner of Bobby Parikh Associates, a boutique advisory firm specialising in strategic tax and regulatory services. With decades of experience, he
advises Indian and multinational businesses on India's evolving policy landscape, covering market entry, business structuring, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganisations. He works closely with private equity funds, institutional investors, and business owners, and engages with regulators and policymakers on shaping
new regulations. Previously, he co-founded and led BMR Advisors for over 12 years, served as CEO of Ernst & Young India and as Country Managing Partner of Arthur Andersen. He serves as an Independent Director on the boards of HUL and Infosys among others. He holds a Commerce degree from Mumbai University and is a
Chartered Accountant.

Aditya Puri is the Chairman and a Non-executive Director of our Company since April 2021. He is a chartered accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. Previously, he has been associated with HDFC Bank Limited as its managing director.

Deepak Vaidya is an Independent Director of our Company since April 2021. He is a chartered accountant and an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi. He is on the board of various companies in the pharmaceutical, hospitals, and finance sector.

Ranjan Pai is a Non-Executive Director of our Company since May 2024. He is a medical graduate from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal and has completed his fellowship in Hospital Administration in the United States. He is the Chairman of the Manipal Education and Medical Group (MEMG), the corporate holding entity of the Group that focuses on education, healthcare and research.

Archana Bhaskar is an Independent Director of our Company since September 2026. She is an accomplished C-Suite leader with over 36+ years of experience across B2C, B2B, services, and healthcare spanning the US, Europe and Asia. She spent over 8 years at Dr. Reddy's asCHRO and Head of Communications. Earlier, she spent 10 years at Royal Dutch Shell in various global Business partnering roles and Talent Management. Before that, she worked 15 years at Unilever In India and Europe. She began her career in HR consulting. An alumnus of LadyShri Ram College and IIM Bangalore, she serves as Independent Director at Agarwal & Health Care and on the Board of Governors at IIM Raipur. She works with Private equity firms to enable mid sized Indian business grow and scale. She actively works in the social impact space with The Convergence Foundation and itspartner orgs to enable their organisation building agenda.She loves to be in nature and often treks in the mountains to keep life in balance and full.

Siddharth Shah is the Co-founder, Executive Director and Vice Chairman of our Company and has been on the board since August 2020. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the D.J. Sanghavi College, Mumbai and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. 

Ashutosh Sharma is a Non-Executive Director of our Company since April 2021. He is an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business, Illinois. He was associated with Norwest Venture Partners, Qualcomm India Private Limited and is currently associated with MIH Internet Private Limited (a Prosus Company).

Ravi Rajagopal is a Non-Executive Director of our Company. He has over 35 years of experience across leading multinational consumer businesses. He brings extensive expertise in senior-level finance and operational leadership across multiple markets, along with a strong focus on corporate governance and compliance. He has significant experience in Emerging Markets and M&A and has held key corporate and market-level roles in reputed MNCs across India and the UK.

Mayank Bajpai serves as a Non-Executive Director of our Company from August 2026. He holds a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering from Purdue University, USA, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad. He is a Partner at TPG Growth and RISE/RISE Climate Fund as a partner.
