Siddharth Shah

Co-Founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer

Siddharth Shah is the Co-founder, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the Dwarakadas J. Sanghavi College, Mumbai and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

He was associated with Ascent Health and Wellness Solutions Private Limited as its managing director.

Dharmil Sheth

Co-Founder

Dharmil Sheth is a Co-founder of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering, University of Mumbai and a post graduate diploma degree in management (marketing) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

He was associated with MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited as a part of the online products team, and with 91Streets Media Technologies Private Limited as director and co-founder.

Dr. Dhaval Shah

Co-Founder and Whole-time Director

Dhaval Shah is the Co-Founder and Whole-time Director of our Company. He holds a post graduate diploma in management from XLRI, Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. He also holds a MBBS degree certificate from the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.

Previously, he was associated with McKinsey and Company Inc. as a consultant. Post that, he was associated with 91Streets Media Technologies Private Limited as an executive director.

Harsh Parekh

Co-Founder

Harsh Parekh is a Co-founder of our Company. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from the School of Business Management, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

He was the Chief Operations Officer of Ascent Health and Wellness Solutions Private Limited. He has been a Director on our Board since July 1, 2019.

Hardik Dedhia

Co-Founder and Whole-time Director

Hardik Dedhia is a Co-Founder and Whole-time Director of our Company. He joined Ascent Health and Wellness Solutions Private Limited, which merged into our Company pursuant to Merger 2020, as the Chief Technical Officer on April 1, 2016.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and telecommunication engineering from the University of Mumbai, Maharashtra and a master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from the Carnegie Mellon University, Pennsylvania.
